Emberger Alm offers ideal conditions for your astronomical observations: barely any extraneous light influences coming from the valley, little wind, and dark, clear nights. You can get to the observation-meadow by car and set up your telescope there. Inside the “Sternderl”-Lodge with its power connection and tea kitchen, our “telescopists” warm themselves up during long-lasting nights. Emberger Alm holiday-observatory is available to all those who are interested but haven’t brought their own equipment.
We offer an astronomer’s breakfast until past noon. And you will also find peers for talk shop here at FICHTENHEIM.
